Don Henley On What You Can Expect This Weekend At Classic West

July 14, 2017

Since this weekend's Classic West festival at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles was the brainchild of Eagles manager Irving Azoff, Don Henley tells us he, Joe Walsh and Timothy B. Schmit had a role in choosing the other acts on the bill -- Fleetwood Mac, The Doobie Brothers, Steely Dan, Journey and Earth, Wind and Fire.

Don Henley says the Eagles had a say in choosing the other five acts for Classic West and East.

With the Doobies and Steely Dan going on before the Eagles, don't be surprised if you spot Henley at the side of the stage.

For Joe Walsh, having these acts on the bill made the Eagles reunion feel a little less stressful.

There are still plenty of good single-day tickets available. Doors open at 3:00. On Saturday, The Doobies go on first at 5:00, followed by Steely Dan at 7:00 and the Eagles closing it out at 8:30. The show is scheduled to end at 11.

On Sunday, it's Earth, Wind & Fire at 5:00 followed by Journey at 6:30 and Fleetwood Mac at 8:45. All times are approximate and subject to change.

All six acts will repeat this weekend at Classic East at Citi Field in New York City on July 29th and 30th.
