In 1980, JETHRO TULL used live footage from a show at the Los Angeles Sports Arena as part of a long-form music video. What was the name of the video project?
ANSWER
The long-form video was titled "Slipstream." Although the concert footage was shot in Los Angeles, the story was set at London's Hammersmith Odeon venue, where the exterior footage was shot. "Slipstream" highlighted the more electronic, synthesizer-based sound of Jethro Tull's 1980 album, "A," originally intended as an Ian Anderson solo release. "Slipstream" was directed by David Mallet, who also helmed the groundbreaking "Ashes to Ashes" video clip for David Bowie.

This week's SMC winner is CANDIS WARING of Ontario. She gets a copy of the DVD/CD released "Live at Madison Square Garden 1978," featuring a DVD of the show's international TV broadcast and a companion CD with a stereo version of the concert.
